Privacy Policy

1. Operator and scope

PDFAll is operated by Anhui Hefenqi Network TechnologyCo., Ltd.. This policy covers the PDFAll iOS app, this support website and support correspondence.

Document scanning, OCR and editing operate on your device. The current app does not provide a PDFAll account or document cloud-sync service. Advertising, analytics, diagnostics, purchase processing and support involve the separate data flows described below.

2. Documents and local records

PDF documents, imported images, OCR text, edits and local app preferences are processed and stored on your device. We do not operate a PDFAll backend that receives your documents for scanning or OCR. When you choose to share or export content to another app or service, that destination handles the content under its own practices.

Camera and Photos permissions support capture, import and export. PDFAll does not request GPS location for its document tools. Network-based approximate location and country statistics are separate and are described below.

3. Information processed by connected services

• Identifiers: app-installation and device-scoped identifiers, notification tokens and the iOS advertising identifier where system tracking authorization permits access.
• Usage and advertising data: launches, sessions, feature actions, ad requests, impressions, clicks, dismissals and ad-revenue events. Event parameters can include time, ad format, currency, revenue and selected language.
• Approximate location: network IP addresses can be used to infer a country or general region. The app queries an IP-country service and sends the resulting country code to Umeng analytics. This is not GPS location.
• Diagnostics and technical metadata: crash reports, error logs, performance measurements, app/SDK versions, operating-system and device details, language and configuration information.
• Purchase and subscription information: Apple processes in-app payments. The app uses transaction and entitlement information to unlock purchased features; analytics services can measure purchase/subscription events, including product identifiers and price. We do not receive your payment-card number.
• Support correspondence: your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send.

Advertising and analytics information can be associated with a device even though PDFAll has no user account. An ad-revenue event measures advertising income and is distinct from a purchase made by you.

4. Third-party services

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform: advertising delivery, ad measurement and applicable ad-consent messages; process identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, advertising and interaction information, and diagnostic/performance data. See Google Mobile Ads data disclosure and the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase: Analytics for app, advertising and purchase events; Crashlytics and Performance for diagnostics; Remote Config for configuration; and Cloud Messaging for notifications. Services process installation identifiers, notification tokens, event data, IP-derived approximate location, technical metadata or diagnostics as applicable. See Firebase Privacy and Security.
• Meta / Facebook SDK and App Events: app and ad-revenue events, identifiers and technical metadata for analytics, advertising attribution and measurement. Some event information can be used in connection with activity on other apps or websites where tracking is authorized. See the Meta Privacy Policy.
• Umeng (友盟+) analytics — UMCommon and UMDevice: app activity, selected language, IP-derived country and technical device/app information for usage analytics and service diagnostics. See the Umeng Privacy Policy. This describes the iOS integration; it does not mean PDFAll collects Android-only identifiers.
• IP.SB: receives the request and IP address used to return an approximate country or region. GPS coordinates are not sent in this lookup. See IP.SB.
• Apple: provides StoreKit purchases, subscription and receipt/entitlement verification. Payment and Apple account information are handled under Apple’s practices.
• Firebase Hosting, Google Fonts and email services: deliver the website, its fonts and support correspondence and can process network requests and operational logs. Website delivery is separate from document storage on your device.

5. Purposes, sharing and tracking

We and the integrated providers use these data to deliver app features and notifications, display ads, measure usage and advertising performance, analyze marketing effectiveness, process purchases, diagnose faults and respond to support requests.

Identifiers and some advertising or activity events can be used for advertising personalization, attribution or measurement across apps and websites where tracking is authorized. The absence of an account does not make these events anonymous. We do not sell your locally stored documents or provide their contents to advertising networks. This does not mean that technical, event or advertising information is never shared with service providers.

6. Storage and retention

Local documents and app records remain until you delete them or remove the app. Offloading may retain app documents, and a device backup may restore them. Copies exported to other apps or services must be managed there.

Provider-side event and diagnostic retention depends on the provider’s policy, service settings and processing purpose. Removing local documents does not automatically delete previously sent analytics or ad events. We keep support correspondence while needed to respond, handle follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations. Contact us for requests concerning information we hold.

7. Privacy choices and rights

Change Camera, Photos, Notifications and Tracking permissions in iOS Settings. Where Google’s ad-consent form is displayed, use its available choices. Denying tracking does not itself disable all contextual ads, analytics, diagnostics or network requests, and does not erase previously sent events.

Delete local records in PDFAll or remove the app. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account. No PDFAll account-deletion request is needed because the current app does not create user accounts.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, or complain to a privacy authority. Email us with the service and information involved. We can handle information we hold and assist with identifying the relevant provider; we do not maintain a server copy of your local documents. 8. Security and international processing

We use iOS storage protections and HTTPS-supported network services. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Integrated services and email providers may process information outside your country under their policies and safeguards.

9. Children’s information

Do not send children’s personal information in support messages. If you believe information about a child has been provided to us, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.

10. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when app functionality or data practices change or need clarification. The date above identifies the current version. This update identifies the operator and clarifies advertising, analytics, approximate location and integrated service providers.
