1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the PDFAll mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anhui Hefenqi Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the developer of PDFAll.

2. Apple App Store EULA Compliance

2.1 Apple's Role

Apple, Inc. ("Apple") is not a party to these Terms between you and us, but Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

2.2 Required Acknowledgments

By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and Anhui Hefenqi Network Technology Co., Ltd., not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it
• Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party claim
• You will comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country
• You are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

If you have any questions, complaints, or claims with respect to the app that relate to Apple's role as the App Store provider, you may contact Apple at:

3. Description of Service

PDFAll is a mobile application that provides PDF-related services including:

• Creating PDF documents from various sources
• Scanning and converting physical documents to PDF
• Editing and annotating PDF documents
• Organizing and managing PDF files
• Sharing and exporting PDF documents
• OCR (Optical Character Recognition) services
• Additional features as may be added from time to time

The App is designed to process documents locally on your device, ensuring your privacy and data security.

4. Eligibility

To use PDFAll, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable law
• Own or have authorized access to a compatible iOS device

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

5. Account and Registration

While PDFAll can be used without creating an account, certain features may require registration. If you choose to create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information when necessary
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

6. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your compatible devices
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and use the App's features and functionality

License Restrictions

This license does not grant you the right to:

• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to third parties
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels

7. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App for any of the following prohibited purposes:

• Any unlawful or illegal purpose
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming others

7.2 Harmful Activities

• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfering with the App's normal operation
• Collecting personal information without consent

7.3 Commercial Misuse

• Commercial use without proper licensing
• Reselling or redistributing the App
• Creating competing products using our technology

8. User Content

You retain ownership of all documents, files, and content you create, upload, or process using the App ("User Content"). However, you grant us the following rights:

8.1 Limited License

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

8.2 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your User Content and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content is not illegal, harmful, or offensive
• You will not upload confidential information of others without permission

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Payments and Subscriptions

PDFAll offers both free and premium features. Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions processed via the Apple App Store.

10.1 Free Features

Basic PDF creation, editing, and scanning features are available free of charge with no subscription required.

10.2 PDFAll Premium Subscription

Subscription Title: PDFAll Premium

Available Subscription Options:

• Weekly Subscription: $0.99 per week
• Monthly Subscription: $2.99 per month
• Annual Subscription: $9.99 per year (equivalent to $0.83 per month)

Premium Features Include:

• Unlimited OCR scans with 99% accuracy
• Access to 50+ premium document templates
• Advanced PDF editing tools and annotations
• Enhanced cloud storage and sync capabilities
• Priority customer support
• Ad-free experience
• Batch processing capabilities

10.3 Auto-Renewal Terms

Auto-Renewal Details:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless you cancel
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions after purchase

10.4 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• We do not store or have access to your payment information
• Apple handles all payment processing and security

10.5 Subscription Management and Cancellation

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
2. Tap your name at the top of the Settings menu
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find "PDFAll Premium" and tap it
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Alternative Cancellation Method:

1. Open the App Store app
2. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find "PDFAll Premium" and tap it
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

10.6 Refund Policy

Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple according to their standard refund policy:

• No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods
• If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you may request one directly from Apple
• To request a refund from Apple, visit: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
• Apple's standard terms and conditions apply to all refund requests

10.7 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated as follows:

• Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase
• New subscription prices will apply to new subscribers immediately
• Existing subscribers can cancel before the price change takes effect
• Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of new pricing

10.8 Free Trial Periods

We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers:

• Free trials, when offered, allow full access to premium features
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges
• Only one free trial per Apple ID account

10.9 Subscription Restoration

If you reinstall the app or use it on multiple devices:

• Your subscription status will be automatically restored
• Premium features will be available across all devices using the same Apple ID
• No additional charges apply for using the app on multiple devices

11. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Anhui Hefenqi Network Technology Co., Ltd. and its licensors.

11.1 Our Rights

We own all rights, title, and interest in and to:

• The App's source code and architecture
• All trademarks, service marks, and logos
• All copyrighted materials and content
• Trade secrets and proprietary information

11.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to your User Content, subject to the limited license granted to us under these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the App
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission or storage

We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services
• Personal injury or property damage

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or premium features in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any rights of another party

15. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or us.

15.1 Termination by You

You may terminate these Terms at any time by:

• Uninstalling the App from your device
• Discontinuing use of the App
• Deleting your account (if applicable)

15.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate these Terms immediately if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Provide false or misleading information

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, but these Terms will continue to apply to your prior use of the App.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Anhui Province, China.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Sending a notification through the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App.
